§1 Scope and Definitions

  1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

  2. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (Section 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of the Contract Text

  1. The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to the consumer to place an order.
    By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

  2. Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply:

The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.

The order process consists of the following steps:

  1. Selection of the desired product

  2. Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button

  3. Review of the information in the shopping cart

  4. Clicking the “Checkout” button

  5. Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)

  6. Final review or correction of the entered data

  7. Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay” or “Buy”

Before submitting the order, the consumer may review and correct their details by using the “Back” button of the internet browser or cancel the ordering process by closing the browser.

We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer.

    For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

  1. The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Any applicable shipping costs will be charged separately.

  2. The consumer may choose from the following payment methods:
    Direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Delivery

  1. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.
    Delivery shall take place no later than five business days.

In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the bank responsible for the transfer; for all other payment methods, the period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.

If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next business day.

  1. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer only upon handover of the goods, even in the case of shipment.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
